SEMESTER 2 (Week 14)

Finally, my project runs perfectly as I planned. My project looks very simple because of  I am designed a portable air cooling system. Therefore, my project must easy to bring anywhere and everywhere easily.






Before I am going to present my project, I decided to record how my project runs.

During the presentation day, I am assessed by Mr. Azuki and Mr. Miqhdad. This is my poster that i designed for my presentation on the Industrial Day.


After the presentation, I am focusing on finishing my final report of my final year project. Lastly, I would like to thank to my parents and my friends for giving support on my final year project and not to forget my supervisor, Mdm Nulida for giving full faith on me to complete the final year project.

SEMESTER 2 (Week 13)

This component that i bought is Themoelectric Cooler (TEC 12704) which is my supervisor advise me to replace from using ice because ice is not practical she said to me. Therefore i used TEC 12704 rather than ice cubes. This TEC 12704 produces 1 side of cold surface and 1 side of hot surface.Then, I used heat sink for both sides to release the heat from the surface.



Then, I used two types of switch for two functions. First function is to turn on the DC fan then the second function is to turn on the TEC 12704. It must used separate switch because the battery for DC fan cannot use for TEC 12704. TEC 12704 must use lower ampere battery.




Lastly, I connected the solar panel to the solar charging circuit. Then, I tested the project and finally the my project run perfectly.


SEMESTER 2 (Week 12)

For the hardware, what i need is just only the plastic container. So, I bought the plastic container and start to design my hardware. If needed, I have to buy 2 more plastic container because in my proposal previously, I have to use ice cube to make the air cooling.







SEMESTER 2 (Week 11)

My friends and I do the etching process. I have lack of confidence on the etching process because this is my first time doing this process. Therefore I need some help on doing this.



After finish the etching process, I started to solder the components on the PCB board. Then, I straight away run the circuit and Alhamdulillah the circuit run perfectly and now I can start to do the hardware.


SEMESTER 2 (Week 10)

Using the Proteus 7 Professional, I design the circuit guided by some research that i made. After done constructing the circuit using Proteus 7 Professional, I continue doing the circuit for etching part on the DIP Trace software.


Lastly, I bought all the components in this schematic and construct it on the breadboard. The circuit run perfectly and I plan to start the etching & solder work next week. Alhamdulillah and very grateful because at last my circuit run perfectly on the software.

SEMESTER 2 (Week 9)

I bought all the same components from the last circuit but at the other shop of Jalan Pasar and hopefully all the components will run perfectly when i connect it together with the 12V Battery.






I had the same problem also when i connect it all together with the 12V battery and I started to think to try new circuit which is simpler than all my previous circuit.I had met my supervisor and ask her about the new circuit that i found it on the internet which is more simpler and run exactly the same as I want and my supervisor approved it.

SEMESTER 2 (Week 8)

After done my third circuit which is booster circuit,i connect all three circuit to the 12V battery to see whether the circuits are run perfectly or not. After connect it in a few second, two of my circuits blown which are booster circuit and charge controller circuit. To make it easier for me, i decided to buy all the components and construct it again rather than find 1 by 1 what are the blown components.
